Training Approach

DIG applies participatory, step-by-step, practical, and learning-by-doing training approach, which simultaneously build capacity to produce results of immediate value. DIG approach is intensively interactive that involves minimum formal lectures, maximum participatory activities and extensive use of small group discussion and working groups. Variety of training methods and techniques are used by DIG includes plenary discussions, small group discussions, buzz groups, and individual reflection in which case studies, role plays, exercises, games, demonstrations, and assignments are performed
